Cancellation Policy

More than 7 Days Before Scheduled Arrival: Guests who cancel their reservation more than 7 days in advance will have the option to reschedule their booking to a later date, subject to availability. No refunds will be provided for cancellations.

Within 7 Days of Scheduled Arrival: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking are non-refundable and are not eligible for a date change.

No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to arrive for their scheduled kayaking session without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling options will be available.

Weather-Related Cancellations: In case of extreme weather conditions or safety concerns, Baga Kayaking Vhoddekarr reserves the right to reschedule the activity. If rescheduling is not possible, guests may receive a credit for a future booking.
